An RTI application was filed on 16 Oct 14 requesting for a copy of the memorandum and reply to 7 CPC questionnaire submitted by DOP&T.
As there was no reply/refusal, a First Appeal has been filed on 24 Nov 14.
In case of no reply/refusal, a Complaint under Section 18 would be filed within the 90 days period stipulated in the RTI Act, 2005.
